What Drive does

• Personal drives and team spaces — everyone gets a drive of their own; teams share spaces that follow workspace permissions.
• Sharing that stays in control — share by email, or make a public link that expires and can ask for a password.
• Versions on overwrite — upload over a file and the old content is kept as a version; deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days.
• Search inside files — find a file by what it says, within the files you can already open.
• PDF templates — design layouts for invoices, orders or any record by hand or with AI; generate one or many.
• Watermarks and password protection — stamp generated documents and protect them with a password taken from the record.
